ACMI offers five classes of resectoscope electrodes for hysteroscopic procedures including vaporization, cutting loops, knife, roller bar & ball, and coagulating. Together they are the only electrodes specifically integrated into the ACMI resectoscope. This ensures surgical tissue removal with minimal bleeding, increased visibility, and decreased procedure time because only ACMI knows the precise specifications and tolerances necessary to assure safe, effective, and reliable operation. Other electrode manufacturers do not.  
Access to all areas can be achieved using either the roller ball or roller bar electrode. The punctate electrode is an excellent coagulator.
