There are two payment methods available on our checkout page: "Pay Using Credit Card" and "Pay Using PayPal." Listed below are the specific options available with each method.

Pay Using Credit Card:

• Visa - credit card; available for all orders (international orders please see note below)
• Wire Transfer – e-mail orders@eGeneralMedical.com for more information on this payment method. Wire transfers have an additional $25.00 fee charged by our banking institution. You may be charged an additional amount by your bank.

Pay Using PayPal:

• Selecting this option will redirect you to PayPal's site, where you will fill in your payment information. You will then be brought back to this site to confirm your order. Please note that we can only accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed shipping address.

Domestic (USA) Orders Over $200: Please note that for all domestic (USA) orders over $200, we require that you fill out the Domestic Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to us at (919) 844-9403. We must receive this form before we can process your order. Please note, also, that orders over $200 must be shipped to the billing address.

International Order Credit Card Payments: We DO NOT accept credit card payments for orders over $200 for international orders. If you are paying by credit card and your order is under $200, please download, complete, and fax our International Credit Card Authorization Form to us at (001) 919-844-9403. Check Payments: If paying by check, we will ship your order as soon as your payment clears our bank, usually 14 business days. There will be a $60.00 charge for all returned checks. Please include your order number on your check or money order.
